Premium Handmade Soap

Made an order for over $300, received the order in a junk box with 28 of the 30 drinks I order, and jar of sea moss. There was no order, the items were just thrown in the suffering box. I counted everything and discovered I was missing 2 bottles of pina colada sea moss juice. I immediately go to the website to find out how to contact someone. I filled out the “contact us” information and waited a few days for a response. I was never contacted by anyone to this day, it’s a month later and they are attempting to fill a subscription that I messaged them to cancel weeks ago. I probably reached out at least 5 times over the last month and as of 06/20 @ 1159 pm central time, no one has called or sent a message to get the missing bottles sent to me. I’m writing this review now because they are attempting to take money from my bank account, I had to cancel my card because I no longer want to do business with this company. This is one of the main reasons I need to use PayPal only and don’t want to support small or up in coming companies. We all know how frustrating it is to have to change debit cards that have all ur auto payments set up. Beware and don’t do the subscription if u decide to buy products and if u get damaged or missing items consider it a loss.
